Teaser pics . . . more details to follow

So here's some teaser photos and some basic specs:

  • Runs on any system capable of supporting Ubuntu 8.10 (flavor of Linux) with decent GUI (graphics user interface) speed
  • Uses low-cost label printer to print unique children's tag and redemption tag for parents.
  • Programmed in PHP and uses basic LAPP (Linux, Apache, Postgres and PHP) stack.
  • Uses AJAX/Web 2.0 type interfaces for interactive experience.
  • Capable of being networked to increase check-in stations remotely.

More information will be coming soon, but I figured this would at least be a few details to gauge the interest in this project.
